We collect only the minimum data needed to operate this site and do not use third-party tracking or advertising networks. This policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, HTTP status, timestamp. Retained for up to 30 days purely for abuse prevention and operational debugging, then deleted automatically.
- Email correspondence — addresses and message contents you voluntarily send us via the Contact page. Retained as long as the editorial thread is active plus one year, then archived or deleted.
- Essential technical cookies set by the server-side cache to deliver pages quickly. No advertising cookies. No cross-site trackers.
What we do not do
- No third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling.
- No advertising cookies, no remarketing tags.
- No sale, rental, or exchange of personal data. We have no business reason to do so and no commercial partners who receive it.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion.
